Position

Experience / Qualification

Senior Reliability Engineer

  • Demonstrate a minimum of undergraduate BE, Bsc or higher qualification degree in an engineering discipline in Metallurgy, Material Science, Industrial, mechanical, electronic, electrical or related engineering,
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry within the field of reliability.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 12 years’ experience in reliability: PMO, maintenance engineering, Technical Service, projects, studies and applications within the Oil and Gas industry
  • Demonstrate be certified in areas such as Reliability and /or Maintenance professional by a recognize international institution (Ex.: SMRP, CRE or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate that it is a subject matter expert in the call out service requested and in compliance with the SOW herein requirement.
  • Demonstrate skills and understanding of international standards related to the subject
  • Updated in new technologies
  • Computer literate and experienced with standard business computer applications.
  • Business focused work approach.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Proactive leadership.
  • Keen analytical mind.
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
Reliability RCM & FMEA Methodology Facilitator
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry within the field of reliability.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 12 years’ experience in reliability: PMO, maintenance engineering, Technical Service, projects, studies and applications within the Oil and Gas industry
  • Having a minimum 5 year as proven RCM facilitator
  • Be a third party certified RCM facilitator by organizations like ALADON (RCM II or III methodology) or similar.
  • Demonstrate skill and experience in the application and interpretation of PMO/RCM/FMEA related international standards such as SAE Standard J1011, IEC 60300, IEC 60812 or similar.
  • Knowledge of reliability methodologies such as CBR, RAM& LCC.
  • Master in Reliability, failures and faults, failure modes, failure categories, relevancy, system breakdown structure and identification RISK, failure rate, mission profile, metric & KPI, etc.
  • Experience in maintenance execution &/or engineering maintenance
  • Experience in applications and specification of intrusive and extrusive maintenance techniques such as predictive maintenance (PdM), detective maintenance, etc.
  • Proven leader or instructor that value teaching over telling.
  • Proven ability to lead a team through a structured process.
  • Have the proven ability to set and achieve goals following steering, instruction and client requirements and specifications.
  • Uniquely driven to continuously improve his skills.
  • Skilled communicator with patient & high listening skills and with a positive attitude.
  • Skillful in recognizing the strengths and abilities of each team member & knowledge in Group Thinking techniques
  • Open to share knowledge and experience.
  • High soft skills such as computer, applications and typing skills
RBI Engineer
  • BSc. in Corrosion, Metallurgical, Mechanical, Chemical or relate Engineering.
  • API 580 Risk Based Inspection certification.
  • Preferable Certification in API 510, API 653, API 570, API 579, CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II in NDT disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years proven experience in the oil and gas related facilities, refineries and/or petrochemicals with minimum of 8 years of experience in static equipment integrity role.
  • Previous experience in RBI study facilitation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of on-stream and off-stream inspection techniques, specifications and code of practices for the inspection of oil and gas related equipment such as piping, pressure vessels, tanks, columns, heat exchangers, relieve valves, etc.
Asset Integrity Engineer
  • BSc in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, metallurgy or material science.
  • Certification in API 510, API 653, API 570, API 579, CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II in NDT disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years proven experience in the oil and gas related facilities, refineries and/or petrochemicals with minimum of 8 years of experience in static equipment integrity role.
  • Strong experience in remnant life assessments, fitness-for-service, and inspection of processing facilities, pipelines and gas plants.
  • Experience in corrosion control for upstream oil and gas industry, including chemical treatment, processing facilities, pipelines and gas plants.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of on-stream and off-stream inspection techniques, specifications and code of practices for the inspection of oil and gas related equipment such as piping, pressure vessels, tanks, columns, heat exchangers, relieve valves, etc.
